The new SW108 is the first in a new range of sailing yachts by Southern Wind, representing the perfect balance between customization, innovation, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
Inside this vessel, the brand-new fixtures from the Plus range dedicated to the nautical sector have been installed—innovative products designed with reduced overall weight.
To illuminate the niches, the new DOT 30 luminaires were used. Thanks to their asymmetric reflector, they provide a 25° light distribution on the horizontal plane and simultaneously a wallwasher effect on the vertical surface. The niches are thus evenly lit, with no dark zones, starting from the upper corners.
To enhance the interior spaces, the DOT 45 was used, including the IP65 version for bathrooms. This fixture is available in a 36° symmetrical beam version and an asymmetric wallwasher version for wall lighting.
